Visual artists across the Highlands open their studio doors for visitors to explore their creative habitats and purchase works direct from the maker. Exhibiting artists range from full-time professionals to emerging artists across genres including painting, ceramics, jewellery, woodwork, photography, sculpture and printmaking.

Artist Statement

Jodie uses pastel and watercolour to sketch en plein air during the spectacular Southern Highlands' spring and summer seasons. During winter and summer, Jodie retreats to the studio to paint small local landscapes and shell still lifes in acrylic and oil. Her work is characterised by bright colour, expressive brushwork and dramatic tone.
