  - - November is Southern Highlands ARTS Trail time! Visual artists across the Highlands open their studio doors for visitors to explore their creative habitats and purchase works direct from the maker. Exhibiting artists range from full-time professionals to emerging artists across genres including painting, ceramics, jewellery, woodwork, photography, sculpture and printmaking.

Artist Statement

Over the years my work has evolved to include new designs and a variety of bookbinding styles. Recently, I started using vellum as a cover material. Historically vellum was used as a less expensive way to cover a book (compared to case binding). Today, exquisite vellum is used to give a unique and distinctive look to a journal. Images in my prints have moved predominately to images of the natural world, in particular to bird nests. To me it works as a symbol of growth, renewal and the cycle of life. On display will be a broad selection of prints and journals.
